
On April 23, 2025, the Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria – Young Pharmacists Group (PSN-YPG) Lagos Chapter, in collaboration with the National Executive Council, paid a courtesy visit to Codix Group at their Lagos headquarters.

During the visit, the PSN-YPG delegation, led by National Chairman Tekena George and Lagos State General Secretary Egemonye Christopher, engaged in discussions aimed at fostering collaboration between both organizations. Key points of discussion included:
- Expansion of Internship Opportunities: Advocating for increased intake of intern pharmacists at Codix Group to provide young pharmacists with practical experience in the health-tech industry.
- World Diabetes Day Collaboration: Planning joint activities for the upcoming World Diabetes Day in November to raise awareness and promote preventive measures against diabetes.
- Partnership for PSN-YPG Conferences: Exploring opportunities for Codix Group to partner in the upcoming PSN-YPG National Conference in Kano State and the PSN-YPG Lagos Chapter’s Eko Ignites Conference.
Codix Group expressed a strong commitment to supporting young pharmacists through expanded internship programs and active participation in initiatives that spotlight their contributions to the healthcare sector. They also pledged to collaborate on projects that deliver tangible value to young pharmacists and the broader community.
